About
I’m Mr Exham, a Biology teacher currently working at an independent secondary school in England. From a young age I was always passionate about Biology and now my particular interests lie in dissection, physiology, human health and disease.
I studied Anatomical Science (BSc) at Bristol University, and worked as a research fellow at Hiroshima University Hospital Japan, before completing a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in Biology at King’s College London. I began my teaching career at a school in Berkshire before moving to Edinburgh with my family and am now based in Shropshire. I decided to set up MrExham.com to be used as a supplementary learning resource for pupils studying Biology IGCSE, A Level and IB. Fellow teachers, and anyone with a keen interest in Biology, may also find the site useful. Over the last few years I have become passionate about the role of technology in the classroom and I have been instrumental in my schools at developing and implementing new EdTech tools and solutions. I hope that MrExham.com will ultimately inspire YOU to Make Sense of Biology, and who knows, maybe in the future you’ll decide to pursue a career in Biology too. Thanks for visiting Mr Exham |
